We had some fun summer plans for last weekend. Friday, our friends Jill and Eric invited us out to her parents' cottage on the lake for a cookout and boating. Unfortunately, like so many other weekends this summer, the weather felt more like October than August, and we ended up keeping warm inside. Regardless, we still had a great time getting together.
On Saturday, we planned to head up to Pentwater for a wooden boat show. Jason's had this boat show on his calendar for months and was really looking forward to it. He even invited his parents out to join us. Again, the weather was less than summery. We didn't let the cold, wind, and rain stop us from not only viewing the boats but also hitting up sidewalk sales.
Hannah was quite a trooper. We bundled her up, and she was a great little shopper.
